Rusty Tugman, Senior Minister
Rusty joined the Alameda staff in 2003. Prior to Alameda, Rusty served as the Community Outreach Minister for the Bammel Church of Christ in Houston, Texas and as Youth Minister for the Westwood Church of Christ in Edmond, Oklahoma. Rusty has a B.A. in Bible from Oklahoma Christian University, a M.A. in Ministry from Oklahoma Christian University, and a M.A. in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Rusty also serves as a consultant for the Strata Leadership Group. Rusty and his wife Mitzi have been married since 1994. They have a daughter named Hope and a son named Cooper who has passed on to be with God. Rusty also enjoys running, reading, and cheering on the OU Sooners, but his greatest fulfillment in life is helping people embrace the hope of Jesus Christ.

Darin Sixkiller, Connections Minister
Darin joined the Alameda staff in February 2006. Prior to Alameda, Darin served as the Youth Minister for Hillsboro Church of Christ (Nashville, TN 2003-2006) and Oakcrest Church of Christ (Oklahoma City, 1996-2003). Darin holds a BS in Pre-Med Biology from Oklahoma Christian that he obtained in 1997. Darin and Amy have been married since 1998. They have two sons, Kalen (2001) and Kamden (2004). Darin enjoys spending time with his family. A lot of that time revolves around sports. Darin does a lot more watching and coaching than playing these days. He has enjoyed the change and the opportunity it provides to interact with the community.
Lee Langdon, Youth & Family Minister
Lee joined the Alameda staff in August 2011. Prior to Alameda, Lee served as Youth & Family Minister for the Woodward Church of Christ, the Naperville Church of Christ and the 29th & Yale Church of Christ. Lee has a B.A. in Music from Harding University and a Master’s Degree in Ministry from Oklahoma Christian University. Lee and his wife Aime met at Memorial Road Church of Christ and have been married since December of 1996. They have four children, Britt, Keegan, Hayden & Makenna. Lee is also a soccer coach, an amateur songwriter, and a passionate golfer.

Jenny Lusty, Children's Minister
Jenny and her husband Brian have been at Alameda since 2002. In September 2011, Jenny joined the Alameda staff as Children’s Minister. Jenny was a public school teacher for six years, and has homeschooled her own children for the last three years. Jenny has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Christian University. Jenny and her husband Brian have been married since 2001. They have four children, Cooper, Wyatt, Abram, and Maribeth.

Matt Jackson, Campus Minister
Matt and his family moved to Norman in 1984 and have been an active part of the Alameda Church of Christ. In June 2010, Matt joined the Alameda staff as Campus Minister. Prior to Alameda, Matt was a social studies teacher at Norman North High School and Edmond Santa Fe High School. Matt received his B.S. in Secondary Education with a minor in Native American Studies from the University of Oklahoma in 2002. Matt and his wife Sarah have been married since 2001. They have three children, Ryan, Mason and Maren. Matt enjoys listening to and discovering new music, reading, studying theology, playing and watching sports, being with his family, learning, teaching and showing people something new about God.

Bill Pink, Worship Minister
Bill has been Worship Minister at Alameda since 2004. Bill is currently an Associate Dean at the University of Central Oklahoma. He has also been involved in education for over 20 years. Bill has a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Christian, a master’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Ph.D from OU. Bill and his wife Lori have been married since 2001. They have two children, Lance and Lydia. Bill enjoys golf, fishing and leading worship!
Mike Stogsdill, Administration Minister
Mike and his wife Peggy have been members at Alameda since 1993. He joined the Alameda staff in July 2005. Mike was serving as the Police Superintendent at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO when he retired in 1993 and moved to Norman. He taught Air Force Junior ROTC at Midwest City High School, worked as an accountant and served as the Norman Animal Welfare Superintendent before joining the Alameda Staff. Mike has a Masters of Accountancy Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal justice. Mike and Peggy were married in March 1970. They have 3 children, Michelle Gentry of Oak Point Texas, Michael “Buzz” Stogsdill of Moore, OK and Pam Robeson of Blanchard, OK. They also have 7 grandchildren, Alex, Ryan, and Eli Webb, McKayla and Katelyn Stogsdill, and Luke and Payt Robeson. Mike enjoys golf, fishing, motorcycle riding and shooting.
Matthew Dowling, Education Minister
Matthew joined the Alameda staff in 2010 and serves as our education minister and resident theologian. Prior to Alameda, Matthew served as the Preaching Minister for the Piedmont Church of Christ in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Matthew has a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Texas, a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Oklahoma, and is completing a Master of Divinity from Oklahoma Christian University. Matthew and his wife Rachel have been married since 2000. They have two sons, Gabriel and Gideon. Matthew enjoys his family, reading, studying theology, and teaching and helping others to love God more deeply.
